As a professional Fitness Trainer and a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. However everyone underestimates themselves and their bodies. My method is to build your confidence create a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body both physically and mentally, teaching you the correct way your body is meant to move and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and mind.
